I’ve been working with Sarah for almost 4 years, and she has been there for me through so many stages of running and life. Most recently, she helped me complete a half marathon while 27 weeks pregnant. She offered both her running expertise and personal experience with pregnancy / motherhood to help me make constant adjustments to my running and training, and was flexible as I listened to my body in a way you could never get from a one-size-fits-all program. Before my pregnancy, Sarah coached me to my first sub 2 hour half marathon and also helped me through a period in my running when I struggled with panic attacks during races. She addresses all the sides of running - the training itself, balancing with life and a full-time job, mental resilience, nutrition, women’s health, etc.

As someone who didn’t run competitively in high school or college, she is a great running educator and can meet you where you are regardless of your experience. She is also just a great friend and supporter! I can’t recommend Sarah enough!

As a former DIII college runner getting back into training and racing after having two kids, having Sarah as a coach was hugely beneficial. She helped me balance the realities of training with a career and family life. The program she built for me emphasized recovery and female specific nutrition, which helped me stay healthy and consistent.

In my first half marathon back, I ended up running the exact same time I did 13 years ago… before two kids. Even more importantly, I rediscovered how much fun training and racing can be.

Having a coach also took a huge mental load off my plate. I didn’t have to spend time figuring out workouts or second-guessing training adjustments, and Sarah kept me from getting in my own head. Her race week guidance and race-day plan were absolutely clutch and made a huge difference.

I’m so grateful for the support, structure, and confidence she brought to my comeback.

After years of missing races due to recurring stress fractures, Coach Sarah didn't just get me back to the start line—she got me there feeling fantastic and with a Boston Qualifier to boot. Sarah’s approach is truly holistic; by incorporating strength training, nutrition, and varied workouts, she challenged me to rethink what it means to be a runner.

Sarah is incredibly responsive via call or through the app and provides unparalleled support while not being in the same state, even showing up on-course race day when it matters most. As I navigate my current return to training, Sarah has become more than a coach—she is a mentor and friend who has rebuilt my confidence and connected me with a supportive community. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I LOVED working with Coach Sarah. She was so patient and took the time to discuss my training and in detail, customized just for me; I never felt rushed, and she was always just a text away. She definitely boosted my confidence in believing that I was faster and capable of more than I thought I was, and she was right. She is super knowledgeable about the fundamentals and training properly, adjusting plans appropriately, and our race courses. She helped me recover from injury, knock off 11 mins off of my first marathon time, then got me to my first sub-2hr half marathon and sub-4hr full marathon the year after. She also provided me with fantastic tips to get through my first ever trail race (a different beast!). Forever grateful for her guidance and support - even years after. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Sarah since 2022, when I first started my running journey. I initially began running on my own and trained for my first 10K, but I didn’t have much direction. When I met Sarah, I told her I wanted to train for a full marathon right away, and she thoughtfully guided me toward building a stronger foundation first by training for several races and a half marathon. That was my first glimpse into how intentional and experienced she is as a coach.

Since then, she has guided me through every stage of my running journey — from my first half marathon at the Houston Chevron to my first marathon in Chicago. She consistently believed in me, even when I doubted my own running progression, and she used my progress from my training plan to remind me of what I was capable of. It was incredible to see the results once I executed on each race day from all of my training completed from her guidance.

What makes Sarah stand out is how holistic her coaching is. She truly listens and provides guidance not only on training, but also on mindset, nutrition, and injury recovery. She helped me navigate some challenging running-days with care and guided me back to running safely.

Most recently, she helped me on how to stay consistent and active during my pregnancy in a way that feels safe and aligned with my body.

Crossing the finish line in Chicago in 2024 was one of the most meaningful moments of my life, and I truly don’t think I would have gotten there without Sarah’s guidance and belief in me.

In 1985, when I was a junior in college, I ran my first marathon in Philadelphia. I had no coaching and basically had no idea what I was doing. For the next 40 years, I continued running marathons without coaching and did okay, including qualifying for Boston 5 times In 2025, I realized that the way I was training and running needed some fine-tuning. I had heard about Sarah from a few of my female running buddies who absolutely raved about her. So, I thought why not?

I hired Sarah in 2025 and she has guided me through a whole new way of running. Instead of running the same distance and same pace every day and one long run per week, I now run track once per week, run various distances and paces, and even take rest days. Rest days? Rest days were a totally new concept for me. Now, I look forward to them!

Thanks to Sarah, in the past year, I qualified for Boston twice, have completed 9 marathons, and am training and racing successfully. Sarah is helping me run a marathon in all 50 states within the next two years. I'm staying strong and healthy and am totally enjoying myself. Sarah is patient and encouraging and will help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself.

Sarah is the best!
